About Us

Javi and Melita have been enthusiastically talking about art ever since they met at a fundraiser in 2005. Specifically, they talked about the painting that Javi had generously donated to the cause.

In fact, Melita had already noticed the gorgeous painting, and Javi had already noticed Melita. Talking about art just sealed the deal.

Since their love-at-first-site moment, Javi and Melita have woven together a vivid life of arranging their lives around art, and doing good things in the world. On any given day, you can find Javi in the studio or on his bike, and Melita at yoga class or arranging something. (She is particularly adept at arranging art events, as well as color-coding calendars and laundry.)

Over the years, Melita and Javi have been inspired to give their time and treasure to a number of non-profits throughout North America.
